What we collect
Only what you give us. If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we keep your name, your email address, and whatever you tell us about the project. We do not buy contact data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Why we keep it
To answer you, to quote and schedule work, and to keep a record of projects we have delivered. Nothing you send us is sold or shared for marketing.
Analytics
We count page views and which projects are opened, so we know which work is worth showing. Those counts are aggregated and are not tied to a name or an email address.
Third parties
Hosting, email and file delivery run on standard commercial services. They process data on our instruction only. Footage and stills shot for a client stay with that client under the terms of the production agreement.
How long we hold it
Enquiries that do not become projects are cleared after two years. Project records are kept for as long as we are contractually required to keep them, and archived afterwards.
Your choices
Write to info@ryviastudios.com and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We answer within one business day.
